Here’s the first trailer for the fourth and final season of The Killing, available exclusively on Netflix starting August 1.
The new season will see detectives Linden and Holder return to investigate a gruesome mass slaying, along with a mysterious disappearance within their own Seattle Police Department. It will consist of just six new episodes, but fans will be happy to know that the writers will tie-up all the loose ends before the finale, and reveal a few long-buried secrets that they’ve been saving until the end.
The Killing was cancelled by original network AMC on two separate occasions, but was rescued by Netflix thanks to its popularity with subscribers on the streaming service. We got the chance to catch up with the cast and crew behind The Killing on the set of the show last year, and you can watch that by clicking here.
